The project is focused on research and development of an unconventional method of production of high quality, light and tough castings from aluminium alloys (AlSi7Mg0.6) using precision casting and controlled solidification of the melt by gradual immersion of the mould into cooling media. The project is aimed at completing the development of the company’s own unconventional technology. Alucast for the casting of high-strength castings of Al alloys by solidifying them when the mould is immersed in a cooling medium (ANNA technology). Within the framework of the project, the technology will be fundamentally innovated in order to achieve a systematically reproducible state with a guarantee of structural-mechanical properties in any part of the casting.
