Project

Production of high precision Al castings by direct casting

was co-financed by the European Union.

Within OPPIK, ALUCAST, s.r.o. dealt with the control of homogeneity of castings by X-ray, control of surface defects, control of chemical composition of the material and control of mechanical values.

Project

INTRODUCTION OF MODERN, HIGHLY EFFICIENT AND FAST PRODUCTION OF MODELS BY RAPID PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGY

was funded by the European Union.

Within OPPIK, ALUCAST, s.r.o. designed a model printer, a drying chamber for the production of ceramic moulds, and a furnace for ecological combustion of models.

Project

SOLUTIONS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF LARGE CASTINGS

was co-financed by the European Union

Within OPPIK, ALUCAST, s.r.o. dealt with the production of large wax models, production of ceramic moulds on a robotic workplace, heat treatment of castings in accordance with NADCAP.

2013–2016

Project

RESEARCH ON ADVANCED LIGHTWEIGHT CASTINGS FOR ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS

The project is funded by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The project is focused on research and development of an unconventional method of production of high quality, light and tough castings from aluminium alloys (AlSi7Mg0.6) using precision casting and controlled solidification of the melt by gradual immersion of the mould into cooling media. The object of research and development will thus be to increase their desired performance properties by this proposed method.

NON-CONVENTIONAL TECHNOLOGY FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF PARTIES FROM Mg ALLOYS BY THE METHOD OF ACCURATE CASTING AND DIRECT HARDENING OF MELT IN CERAMIC FORM

The project is funded by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The project is focused on research and development of unconventional technology for the production of high quality, lightweight and tough castings from magnesium alloys in the Czech Republic and the EU by the method of precision casting and controlled solidification of the melt in ceramic mould.

Project

PRODUCTION OF PRECISION CASTINGS WITH MINIMUM WALL THICKNESS AND MAXIMUM RIGIDITY AND DIMENSIONAL STABILITY

was co-financed by the European Union

The production of sophisticated wax models, hanging chamber blasting machine, manual chamber blasting machine, dichteindex, thermal analysis, emission spectrometer was solved in the company ALUCAST, s.r.o.

Project

DEVELOPMENT OF UNCONVENTIONAL TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION OF AL CASTINGS BY PRECISION CASTING METHOD OF SHAPE DEMANDING CASTINGS INNOVATION OF CONTROLLED COOLING OF CERAMIC MOULD AFTER CASTING

The project is funded by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The project is aimed at completing the development of the company’s own unconventional technology. Alucast for the casting of high-strength castings of Al alloys by solidifying them when the mould is immersed in a cooling medium (ANNA technology). Within the framework of the project, the technology will be fundamentally innovated in order to achieve a systematically reproducible state with a guarantee of structural-mechanical properties in any part of the casting.
